The tile flooring had gaps where it should have met the wall near and around door moldings. The master bath room ceiling started molding the first year we were in the home as did the windows. I found out in 2007 why the ceiling was molding, the insulation was missing over top of the bath room. In 2003 I had to start replacing all the windows because of the mold and the windows were just falling apart. Out of the 3 sinks in the house 3 pipe traps were leaking.
